Should the same event reoccur at any time in the future, the case will be re-opened at no charge, even if the victim is no longer a Safetivity™ member.

Members have unlimited access to certified Resolution Specialists for all questions or concerns they might have about credit issues or their identity security. Topics might be as simple as needing help understanding an entry on a credit report or as complicated as uncovering potential fraud or risk exposure.

Should a member receive suspicious mail, phone calls, emails or an online monitoring alert, they are encouraged to contact Safetivity Identity Theft Suite immediately. The member will be directed to one of our certified Resolution Specialists who is qualified to assess the situation and determine the next logical steps. Members need not suffer an identity theft event to use this service.
